My Yoga Journey: A Path to Healing & Presence
I want to share a personal story about my journey with yogaโone that has deeply transformed my life in ways I never expected.
When I first began practicing yoga last year, I saw it as just a way to stay active and healthy. Inspired by my motherโs struggle with chronic sciatica pain, I knew I wanted to care for my body to prevent similar challenges as I aged. But what started as a physical practice quickly became something much deeper. Yoga became the missing piece in my holistic and spiritual life.
I soon realized that yoga wasnโt just about movementโit was a beautiful complement to the energy work and healing practices Iโve offered for over 20 years. The 8 Limbs of Yoga taught me how to bring mindfulness and presence into every moment, aligning perfectly with the work I do through Reiki, hypnosis, and reflexology.

Hi, Iโm Natalia, and I am beyond grateful to introduce you to my dear friend and teaching partner, Pashana Kay. Our connection spans over 15 years of deep sisterhoodโshe has been my spiritual mama bear, guiding light, and true soul sister. Walking this journey together, holding space for healing and growth, is a gift I cherish every day.
Our yoga classes are a reflection of this bond, infused with intention, love, and a shared commitment to supporting our communityโs well-being.

Our yoga classes, is a Gentle Hatha style yoga, where we hold each pose for 3-5 breaths, allowing ou to truly feel the deepening of the poses while staying connected to your breath.
Our classes are designed for everyoneโall ages, all body types, and all levels of experience. Weโve had students as young as 18 and as seasoned as 80 join us, and each person brings something beautiful to our shared practice.

As a proud mother of four and a dedicated leader in the Niagara community for over 20 years, Iโve made it my lifeโs work to support women on their journey to self-love and empowerment. My passion for wellness and healing led me to complete my Yoga Teacher Training in December 2024, adding another layer to my lifelong dedication to holistic well-being.
Yoga, to me, is more than just movementโitโs a sacred practice of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. A Journey to Health and Self-Love
For the past three years, Iโve been on a deeply transformative health journeyโone that has truly changed my life. With the guidance of a dietitian and therapist, Iโve been able to end the cycle of diet culture, embrace intuitive eating, and heal my relationship with food.
Through therapy, I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allowed me to understand and release old patterns, including emotional eating. This work has been life-changing.
Along the way, I released 80 pounds of excess weight, but it wasnโt about chasing a number on the scale. It was a natural result of truly listening to and honoring my body. This journey has never been about appearanceโIโve always loved myself at every sizeโbut about reclaiming my health and feeling truly at home in my body.
Yoga has been the cornerstone of my transformation. It has:

โจ Brought a profound sense of peace and balance
Thanks to yoga, I no longer struggle with sleep apnea, knee pain, or back pain. It has helped me step into a healthier, more joyful version of myself.
