Transform Your Mind, Body, and Soul
Yoga as Medicine: Movement, Breath & Spirit
Welcome to Embodied Flow with Natalia Love Angelou.
Sacred, embodied yoga to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit
This isnβt a workout. Itβs a work-in. This is not fast-food yoga. This is sacred return.
Itβs not about pushing harder or keeping up.
This is Embodied Flow β a sacred, integrative practice that reconnects your body, mind, and spirit through breath, movement, and presence.
I currently teach three soulful classes each week (soon expanding to four), each one a space to come home to yourself.
Here, we move slowly, intentionally.
We breathe deeply.
We rest fully.
We listen to the wisdom within.
And yes, youβll still sweat.
Not from speed, but from the depth of the work.
Because true yoga isnβt about external effort β itβs about internal alignment.
Itβs not performance. Itβs presence.
Itβs not a workout. Itβs a work-in.
Whether youβre new to yoga or have walked this path for years, you are so welcome here.
Letβs move, breathe, and grow together.
β¨ I canβt wait to see you on the mat.
This is deep, embodied movement that calls you into presence.
A space where breath, stillness, and sacred intention meet strength, stretch, and soul.
πΏ Hatha Flow
We hold each pose for 3β5 breaths. Long enough to truly feel your body, to listen inward, and build strength from a grounded foundation.
π¬οΈ Heart-Opening Breathwork
Each inhale invites you home. Each exhale releases what no longer serves.
Breath becomes the bridge, unlocking your heart, deepening your postures, and calming your nervous system.
π§ββοΈ Soulful Stillness
We infuse every class with guided visualizations and affirmations, sealing your practice in peace, integration, and truth.
Yes, your body will feel it.
But more than that, your mind will soften, your heart will open, and your spirit will rise.
Because true yoga isnβt about pushing or performing.
Itβs not a workout, itβs a work-in.
This is yoga that transforms from the inside out.

My Yoga Journey: A Path to Healing & Presence
I want to share a personal story about my journey with yogaβone that has deeply transformed my life in ways I never expected.
When I first began practicing yoga last year, I saw it as just a way to stay active and healthy. Inspired by my motherβs struggle with chronic sciatica pain, I knew I wanted to care for my body to prevent similar challenges as I aged. But what started as a physical practice quickly became something much deeper. Yoga became the missing piece in my holistic and spiritual life.
I soon realized that yoga wasnβt just about movementβit was a beautiful complement to the energy work and healing practices Iβve offered for over 20 years. The 8 Limbs of Yoga taught me how to bring mindfulness and presence into every moment, aligning perfectly with the work I do through Reiki, hypnosis, and reflexology.
Hereβs a glimpse into the wisdom of the 8 Limbs of Yoga:
β¨ Yamas β Ethical principles for how we interact with the world
β¨ Niyamas β Self-discipline and inner growth
β¨ Asana β Physical postures that strengthen and heal
β¨ Pranayama β Breath control to cultivate energy and balance
β¨ Pratyahara β Turning inward by withdrawing from distractions
β¨ Dharana β Concentration and focused awareness
β¨ Dhyana β Meditation and deep inner stillness
β¨ Samadhi β A state of blissful connection and enlightenment
Yoga has become my anchor, deepening my connection to my breath, body, and spirit in ways I never imagined. It has helped me embody presence, flow with life, and support others on their journey to healing.
I canβt wait to share this practice with you and create a space where we can grow, breathe, and heal together. See you on the mat!

A Journey to Health and Self-Love
For the past three years, Iβve been on a deeply transformative health journeyβone that has truly changed my life. With the guidance of a dietitian and therapist, Iβve been able to end the cycle of diet culture, embrace intuitive eating, and heal my relationship with food.
Through therapy, I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allowed me to understand and release old patterns, including emotional eating. This work has been life-changing.
Along the way, I released 80 pounds of excess weight, but it wasnβt about chasing a number on the scale. It was a natural result of truly listening to and honoring my body. This journey has never been about appearanceβIβve always loved myself at every sizeβbut about reclaiming my health and feeling truly at home in my body.
Yoga has been the cornerstone of my transformation. It has:
β¨ Strengthened my body
β¨ Improved my flexibility
β¨ Brought a profound sense of peace and balance
Thanks to yoga, I no longer struggle with sleep apnea, knee pain, or back pain. It has helped me step into a healthier, more joyful version of myself.
Now, I want to share this gift with you. Yoga has been my path to healing, and I believe it can help you too. Letβs embrace this journey together.
A Glimpse into My 3-Year Journey Toward Optimal Health
Hereβs a glimpse of my 3-year journey toward optimal health, a testament to the fact that transformation is possibleβand the best part? Iβm still growing stronger and healthier every day.
This is the only place on my website where Iβm sharing this level of vulnerability, and I want to be completely honest with you: I wasnβt sure whether I should share before and after photos. But yoga has played such a pivotal role in my healing journeyβphysically, emotionally, and spirituallyβthat it felt important to honor that.
This journey has never been about the numbers or what I look like on the outside. It's been about the growth and the deepening into myself. Yoga has allowed me to reconnect with my body in a way that is truly transformative, and Iβm so grateful for the strength, peace, and clarity itβs brought into my life.
I hope my story inspires you to embrace your own path to healing, wherever you are right now. Growth is a beautiful, ongoing journey.
