  • Thursday Evening – 7:00 PM (90 minutes — half Hatha Yoga, half Restorative Yoga, ending with a singing bowl blessing, Reiki energy infusion, and a blissful head massage — a $44 value. Included with monthly membership and 10-class pass. Drop-in $44)

  • Friday – 10:00 AM

My Journey with Yoga

I began practicing yoga just a couple of years ago with a simple goal, to keep my body healthy as I age, inspired by my mother’s journey with chronic sciatica pain.

At first, it was simply movement and stretching.
But soon… it became so much more.

Yoga became the missing piece in my holistic life, a sacred bridge between the physical and the deeply spiritual. It wove itself seamlessly into the energy work, Reiki, hypnosis, and healing I’ve been offering for over 20 years.

The Wisdom of the 8 Limbs of Yoga

Through this ancient path, I discovered a way of living that brought me presence, awareness, and joy:

  • Yamas – Living in harmony with others

  • Niyamas – Nurturing self-growth

  • Asana – Strengthening & healing the body

  • Pranayama – Balancing energy through breath

  • Pratyahara – Turning inward

  • Dharana – Focus & concentration

  • Dhyana – Meditation & stillness

  • Samadhi – Blissful connection

Yoga became my anchor, helping me release what was heavy, breathe deeper, open my heart, and move through life with more grace and vitality.

Along the way, I released 80 pounds, not from chasing a number on the scale, but from truly listening to and honoring my body’s wisdom.

Hi, I’m Natalia, your teacher, space holder, and biggest cheerleader on this yoga journey.

For over 20 years, I’ve been guiding people through healing, energy work, and spiritual practices, and now I bring all of that into every yoga class I teach.

For many years, I’ve shared this path with my dear friend and soul sister, Pashana Kay. While she’s currently taking a pause from teaching, her presence and love still ripple through our space as she joins us regularly as a student. When the time comes for her to guide us again with her beautiful breathwork, we’ll welcome her back with open arms.

Soulful Hatha Yoga Flow

From there, we move into a 60–75 minute flow — blending mindful movement, strength-building, restorative stretches, and deep relaxation.

Every class is infused with Reiki energy, uplifting affirmations, and guided meditation to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

A Glimpse into My 3-Year Journey Toward Optimal Health

Over the past three years, I’ve been on a deeply transformative journey toward optimal health, and the best part? I’m still growing stronger, healthier, and more grounded every day.

This is the only place on my website where I’m sharing this level of vulnerability, and I’ll be honest… I went back and forth about including before-and-after photos. But yoga has been such a pivotal part of my healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, that it felt important to honour the whole journey.

For me, this has never been about a number on the scale or an image in the mirror. It’s been about growth, self-trust, and deepening into who I truly am. Yoga has reconnected me with my body in the most profound way, giving me strength, peace, and clarity I didn’t know were possible.

I share my story, and my “before” photos here not as a comparison, but as a celebration of what’s possible when you commit to caring for yourself from the inside out.
