What to expect at one of my circles
Step into a sacred space filled with positive energy and love. This is your moment to connect deeply, release what no longer serves you, and be fully present with the surrounding energies. As we gather in a circle, we begin with an opening blessing and a smudging ritual to clear and purify the space. We then share from our hearts, creating a bond of sisterhood.
Following this, I guide the group through an intuitively led meditation, setting the stage for the evening's activities. Each month, we explore a unique theme with varied activities that have included eye gazing, manifestation rituals, dancing, drumming, red string ceremonies, cacao ceremonies, holding space for one another, future self work, inner child healing, and much more.
